The roof batten extension in galvanised sheet steel allows the safe extension of roof battens. This allows the verge to be extended outwards cost-efficiently at a later date.
The offset attachment holes prevent cracks forming in the roof batten. The attachment is carried out using the four supplied EcoTec chipboard screws.
