Transport anchors or transport anchor systems are generally used to lift, transport and move components. It is essential that they function reliably as they must safely absorb all loads during transport, lifting and assembly and transfer them to the component.
Eurotec's Pick transport anchor and Pick MAX transport anchor offer a simple and effective solution for lifting wooden elements such as plywood, laminated wood and solid wood. All that is required for installation is to drill a blind hole, which preserves the surface quality and eliminates the need for additional fixing screws.

Pick transport anchor
The Pick transport anchor can carry loads up to 1,250 kg. It can be installed in a few simple steps without the need to align the lifting equipment. In addition, the visual quality of surfaces is maintained as no fixing screws are required. The pick transport anchor has a long service life and can withstand up to 16,000 load cycles in accordance with EN 13155:2020.
Pick MAX transport anchor
The Pick MAX transport anchor, on the other hand, boasts a maximum load of 2,400 kg per anchor point. Installation is as simple as drilling a blind hole 50 mm in diameter and 140 mm deep. This preserves the surface finish, and no additional fixing screws are required. The Pick MAX transport anchor also has a long service life and can withstand up to 16,000 load cycles in accordance with EN 13155:2020. It offers a wide range of applications and can be used on the end face, slab side and cross timber side in all types of beams.
