CLT Connections
The new ‘CLT Connections’ module is part of the ‘Structural timber construction’ segment. It enables the calculation of wall-to-wall connections for T-shaped or L-shaped connections. It supports the verification of loads in the X and Z directions as well as combined load scenarios (XZ) using partially and fully threaded screws. Additionally, ceiling-to-wall connections can be calculated, including shear transfer in the X direction using crossed fully threaded screws. This module provides precise support for the planning of CLT constructions and contributes to the safe and efficient realization of modern timber construction projects.
Fastening in concrete/masonry (Eurocode)
The ‘Fastening in concrete/masonry (Eurocode)’ module allows you to plan and calculate anchoring solutions in concrete and masonry using the bolt anchor ECB-FZ-C3 and the injection mortar classic in combination with anchor rods for attachments made of steel or timber. Both the bolt anchor and the injection mortar comply with the latest Eurocode standards. Entering the geometry of the components to be connected as well as the tensile and shear loads and bending moments of the connection in all three axial directions is sufficient to perform a precise calculation. This module also includes additional features such as fire resistance and seismic performance verification for the bolt anchor ECB-FZ-C3. The injection mortar classic in combination with anchor rods also extends the fastening options to masonry bricks, sand-lime bricks, vertically perforated bricks and aerated concrete.
