Eurotec's new and innovative facade planner offers you a wide range of possibilities to precisely plan and realize facade projects. You can calculate how many EiSYS-H Façade/adjusting screws for timber or Blue-Power system screws from Eurotec are required for your ventilated and rain screen cladding. The software calculates how many screws you need for your project after entering the data and considering the economic calculation bases. You can use the facade planner to create a preliminary structural design to take to the engineer. You can also visualize the section of your facade and choose between the three basic constructions: wood, concrete or masonry.
First you choose between the EiSYS-H Façade/adjusting screw or the Blue-Power system screw. You then enter your load and geometry data into the software interface. Based on this data, the software performs a detailed calculation and determines the required building materials, geometry, and load parameters to ensure the stability and safety of the facade installation. The software provides precise installation and execution specifications that are specifically tailored to the EiSYS-H Façade/adjusting screw or the Blue-Power system screw. This includes information on the required minimum spacing and the total number of screws to be installed horizontally and at an angle.
Eurotec's Blue-Power system screw offers a quick and efficient solution wherever timber substructures are attached to concrete or masonry at a distance. The screws have the advantage of absorbing the effects of both tensile and shear forces. When used in façade insulation, the insulation material absorbs some shear forces, so the insulation product must have a compressive strength of at least 50 kPa at 10% compression. In addition, the cross-section of the C24 battens should be at least 30 × 50 mm. The Blue-Power system screw allows for easy and clean installation as no additional fixings are required.
The EiSYS-H Façade/adjusting screw is used for fixing ventilated facades and is screwed into the substructure such as timber studs/trusses, KS stone, concrete, and masonry. The freely rotatable second thread on the head of the Facade/Adjustment Screw allows the distance between the anchor base and the counter batten to be adjusted. This means that insulation thicknesses from 60 mm to 300 mm can be easily accommodated.
