In the construction industry, especially in timber construction, the safe lifting, moving and positioning of all types of construction elements is of vital importance. Specialist lifting and load handling equipment plays a key role in this: not only do they enable easy handling of construction elements, they also contribute to safety and efficiency on construction sites. In addition, specially designed lifting equipment ensures that the load is evenly distributed during lifting and transport, minimising the risk of cracking and other damage to the material. This ensures the stability and integrity of the timber elements. The use of modern processes ensures that the transport systems have a high load-bearing capacity and are quick and easy to assemble.
Products for the safe lifting and transporting of various construction elements and loads offer numerous benefits on construction sites, which underline their important role in the construction industry. In the following section we will take a closer look at the many benefits of lifting and transport anchor systems in the construction industry.
A key aspect of lifting and handling solutions is the safe handling of heavy loads. Lifting anchors and similar devices are specifically designed to safely lift heavy timber and other construction materials, ensuring both the physical integrity of the materials and the safety of construction workers. Modern lifting systems are fitted with appropriate safety devices and are designed to specific specifications to allow precise and controlled movements around the site. This not only reduces the risk of collision, tipping or falling loads, but also minimises the risk of workplace accidents.
The use of lifting and handling systems significantly supports and speeds up the construction process. Components of various types can be lifted and positioned more quickly and accurately, allowing them to be delivered and installed more quickly. This makes the construction process more efficient and reduces construction times in the long term. In addition, the logistical challenge of manually transporting materials is largely eliminated, which can reduce the workload on workers and increase their productivity.
Lifting and handling equipment is an essential tool for meeting the challenges of modern construction projects. They make it possible to work safely even in confined or difficult-to-access construction environments. In some cases, space is at a premium and material logistics are a challenge. Thanks to tools such as lifting anchors, construction elements can still be safely lifted by cranes and transported over obstacles so that all parts reach the desired location with precision. This is particularly beneficial in densely built-up urban areas, where limited space would otherwise be a constraint.
By helping to protect materials, lifting and handling solutions play a vital role in quality assurance in the construction industry. When used professionally and correctly, material damage is prevented and the quality of the building elements is maintained. This is particularly important for sensitive materials such as timber, which can be easily damaged during transport. The use of transport and lifting anchors promotes the careful handling of materials during the construction process and achieves a high quality of finish.

The HebeFix and HebeFix Mini lifting anchors offer a robust and safe solution for lifting, moving and transporting large and small timber elements. The lifting system consists of a robust lifting anchor and a steel ball lifting pin with a movable shackle and ensures maximum safety despite minimal assembly effort.
Specifications
The Lifting Anchor System consists of a Lifting Anchor and a matching Lifting Anchor Screw. It is used to safely and easily lift and transport all types of timber components.
High load capacity
The Trilift lifting anchor provides an effective transport solution for the safe lifting and moving of CLT elements with a minimum thickness of 80 mm. It is used in conjunction with KonstruX fully threaded screw and takes advantage of the high pull-out resistance of the bolts.
The Pick and Pick MAX transport anchors are used to lift wooden components such as plywood, plywood and solid wood. They are both supplied in a system case with additional accessories and can be attached to the lifting element in just a few simple steps. As no fixing screws are required, the visible quality of the wood surface is not damaged. In addition, thanks to the simple handling, no alignment of the lifting gear is required.
The pocket spreader beam connects two load handling attachments, and its special geometry ensures even load distribution to each attachment point. It enables precise handling of different lifting elements and is suitable for complex requirements.
