As a specialist in fastening technology, we have been providing fastening solutions for a wide range of construction projects for 25 years. From screws and fixing systems for wood and concrete, to high quality substructures and fixing technology for garden and patio construction, Eurotec has the right solution for your project.
The two managing directors, Gregor Mamys and Markus Rensburg, founded Eurotec GmbH on 1 May 1999. The company began its life in a small basement with an adjoining garage, whose 5 pallet bays served as a warehouse.
In 2007, the Eurotec team and its 30 members of staff moved into the new building at Unter dem Hofe 5. These newly built premises consisted of an office wing and an adjoining warehouse with approx. 3,500 pallet bays.
Just three years later, the new building would, in turn, become the old building. A new warehouse building was built, providing a further 7,500 pallet bays and offices upstairs.
Completion of the new production hall in early 2018 means that all of the machinery can be moved. Construction work starts on another warehouse.
On 1 May 2019 we celebrated our company's 20th anniversary.
The injection moulding is extended by two additional injection moulding machines to a total of four machines. In addition the screw production is expanded by another multi-stage press. So we now have a total of five machines for screw production at our disposal.
Eurotec's machine park continues to grow: Two more plastics machines move into the company. Furthermore, the new decking planner and the BIM portal expand what we offer online.
Since the start of in-house production in 2013, valuable expertise has been built up within the company. Since then, a selected part of our timber construction screw range has been manufactured directly at our production facility in Hagen. This includes, for example, our special construction screws such as the KonstruX fully threaded screws or the Topduo roofing screws. Our state-of-the-art machines enable us to produce screws economically in a single operation. These machines can carry out up to eight processing steps automatically. In addition, our own plastics department offers the production of complex, small and multi-part plastic parts especially for patio and garden construction.
To further increase our independence from external suppliers, we started to expand our own production at the site in early 2022.
At Eurotec, we rely on innovative production processes and state-of-the-art technology to meet the highest customer demands - from incoming goods to quality control. Our production facility covers an area of approximately 4,000 square metres, including external storage areas. Of particular note is our all-in-one machine, which covers the entire production process for fully threaded screws, from cutting to finished product.
Our aim at Eurotec is to provide the domestic woodworking industry with sufficient capacity to meet current market demands.

We are committed to complying with legal and regulatory requirements in an economical and environmentally responsible manner. We are proud to hold ETA certification for almost all of our timber, façade and concrete products. Since June 2019 we are also DEKRA certified. Eurotec's quality management system is aimed at all levels of the company - from suppliers to customers. Our various fixing systems and tools are selected according to strict quality standards, are regularly inspected and comply with the relevant DIN ISO, ETA and technical approvals.

Our window frame screws from Eurotec are certified in accordance with guideline MO-02/1:2015-06. The guideline deals with the requirements and test procedure for masonry connection joints for windows and doors. The aim of the guideline is to ensure the quality, durability and functionality of construction connection joints.
