According to Article 11, Paragraph 7 of Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 (EU Construction Products Regulation or EU-BauPVO),
we are obliged as a manufacturer to provide the following information:

If you have received our screws with the article designations

• FRS ZK TX30 7,5xL
• FRS PH TX30 7,5xL

• FRS ZK TX25 7,5xL
• Blue Power 7,4xL

please note, 

that the above-mentioned screws may only be used for mounting window frames and for fastening such wooden substructures to concrete or masonry that are only used in subordinate private small buildings. The decisive factor for this application is the anchoring in the masonry.

In the declaration of performance DoP-EN14592-09-2015, the characteristic pull-out parameter fax,k and the characteristic yield moment My,k have been declared clearly too high. When designing according to EN 1995-1-1 (Eurocode 5) for the use of the screws in load-bearing timber connections with these declared performances, the stability of individual timber components and, as a result, of a timber structure may be endangered. This may result in hazards for persons, for example, due to falling parts of timber structures.
